With the release of Lasergene 17.3.0 in August 2021, the DNASTAR data directory has been moved on Windows only. Prior to 17.3.0, the location was C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\DNASTAR\Lasergene ‘x’ Data. The location for 17.3.0 and later is C:\ProgramData\DNASTAR Data\Lasergene ‘x’ Data, where ‘x’ represents the major version for Lasergene (i.e. Lasergene 17 Data).
