GenVision Pro supports visualization and analysis of multiple samples from a single genome. The application lets you visually navigate between single-segment chromosomes and/or contigs of a genome, and can also export data and publication-quality images.
If a reference sequence was used in data assembly, GenVision Pro provides powerful tools for examining variants and structural variations, including for filtering variants based on functional impact, on making selections in a Venn diagram, on alignment statistics and many more.
GenVision Pro is also an essential tool for displaying and comparing multiple genome-wide data sets for RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and copy number variation (CNV) studies, where coverage and peak plots are compared and used to interpret gene expression and regulation.
