Lasergene 17.2 is here!

Last month we released Lasergene 17.2, which incorporated your valuable feedback to improve the workflows for Sanger sequence assemblies, NGS assemblies and variant analysis, and multiple sequence alignments.

Mastermind integration

Last month, DNASTAR announced the integration of the Mastermind database from Genomenon into the Lasergene Genomics software with the release of Lasergene 17.2. Lasergene users can now search and cross-references NGS variant data from millions of PubMed publications. This integration gives researchers new insights into their variant data and allows for even faster discoveries for those studying human genetics, cancer, and rare diseases.

Last chance to renew before discontinuation of perpetual licenses 

After December 31, 2020, DNASTAR will no longer be offering perpetual licenses as we transition to an annual license model. If you do not currently own a perpetual license and would like one, this is your last chance to purchase one!

DNASTAR customers with a perpetual license AND a current service plan will continue to receive support and upgrades as part of their perpetual licenses. 

DNASTAR customers with a perpetual license and an expired service plan must renew by the end of this year to remain eligible for upgrades and support.
