Coming later this summer, Lasergene 17.1 offers significant improvements for sequence assemblies, in silico cloning, multiple sequence alignments, and more. Here are just a few of the new features that will be available in this release:
- The addition of Maximum Likelihood trees with RAxML
- The ability to reverse complement, edit, and trim individual sequences within a multiple sequence alignment
- New multi-sample assembly and visualization options
- New workflows for Sanger, NGS, and long read assemblies, including a retrovirus integration workflow
- New batch cloning functionality for high throughput cloning and plasmid map creation
Access to Lasergene 17.1 will be coming soon in the next few weeks. If you are a current customer, upgrades are always included as part of your service plan. If your service plan has expired, please request a quote to renew! We will notify you when Lasergene 17.1 is available for download.
